Who You Are
As the Global Supply Chain (GSC) Sustainment Operations Manager will be responsible for Program Management and Sustainment Integration within the Material Program Management Organization.

What You Will Be Doing
Specifically, all aspects of USG Program and FMS/DCS Program Integration and Sustainment Spares/Kitting / Repairs / Services / Ground Support Equipment Support. In this role, the manager will be responsible for:
• Leading a team of Program and Sustainment Integrators
• Ensuring the team is tracking and providing accurate delivery dates for spares, repairs, and kit parts to Sustainment Customers
• Identifying root cause and driving corrective actions back to owning organizations
• Provide Integration support to Program Management through Sub-Directorates.
• Oversight of and continued coordination with Procurement, Program and M&P Engineering on REACH / Hazardous Chemicals tracking and closeout
• Focus on field repair turnaround time, Long Term Agreements, development of Alternate Repair Sources (ARS), supplier responsiveness and metrics
• Developing / Reviewing Lines of Balance for supportability of DMS parts for release between Sustainment and Production
• Support Risk and Opportunity Management Reviews

Basic Qualifications:
•Leadership Experience

•Supply Chain Management Experience

•Experience using SAP / Demand and Replenishments

•Experience in Microsoft Office

•Experience in regulatory and business practices for subcontracting

•Understanding of Sustainment, to include but not excluded to Spares/Kitting / Repairs / Services / Ground Support Equipment

•Risk and Opportunity Management Experience
Desired Skills:
•Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

•Experienced Communicator; comfortable interfacing with Senior Leadership

•Experience prioritizing multiple competing priorities, as well as problem solving to a positive outcome

•Oversight of AMMM International Trade Compliance requirements

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
