Step into a leadership role with Lockheed Martin Aeronautics as a Multi-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor in Marietta, GA. This is a unique opportunity to oversee the assembly operations for the C-130J Mid/Mate area, ensuring the successful integration of structural and electrical installations for one of the most iconic aircraft in the world.


What You Will Be Doing
As the Multi-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor, you will:
• Oversee and manage a represented workforce responsible for assembly operations in the C-130J Mid/Mate area.
• Develop crew plans to meet production cost and schedule requirements.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve issues related to cost, schedule, quality, supply chain, technical matters, and personnel.
• Drive and support the implementation of process improvements to optimize work sequences, engineering solutions, planning, tooling, and waste reduction efforts.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and metrics, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
• Inspire and energize team members by actively practicing Culture of Accountability (COA) and holding the team responsible for performance outcomes.
• Oversee complex assembly processes, with a heavy emphasis on electrical and structural installations.

Basic Qualifications:
• Aircraft maintenance or Aerospace manufacturing experience.
• Shop floor experience
• Experience Leading
• Previous experience with hourly employees
• Experience in budgeting and staffing
Desired Skills:
• Shop Floor Manager (SFM)
• Experience in Quality Action Document System (QADS)
• Proficiency MS Office
• Knowledge of C-130 assembly
• Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• AutoTime
• AMS and SAHP
• Troubleshooting/root cause/corrective action

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
