As an Quality Data Analytics professional, you will be part of a team that has enterprise-wide responsibility for establishing consistent and predictable process execution, measuring performance and process health, optimizing business decision-making through the use of advanced analytical models, and focusing our resources on the most critical issues and driving cross-organizational solutions.

-Specific analytics responsibilities for this position will concentrate around the quality performance of Advanced Development Programs in Marietta, GA

-This position will also be working on standardizing and transitioning Quality data between old and new MES systems

-You will solve complex challenges involving data modeling, scenario creation, and development of business rules to guide technology development.

-You Partner with business & technical experts to identify analytics opportunities and define requirements.

-You will create standard decision support metrics and reporting using a variety of tools like Tableau and Alteryx

-Ability to document requirements, designs and detailed technical specifications, training materials, operating instructions, and test plans to support development of predictive analytics solutions.

-You will also require interface with Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Sustainment, IT, and other functions.

-You will utilize all parts of the data analytics pipeline, such as data collection, wrangling, cleaning, analysis, visualization, and presentation to deliver critical insights to internal customers.

-You should have knowledge of linkage between data and process.

- You must be a US Citizen. This position supports a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline.
- Experience in Data Analysis & Data Science
- Experience with SQL, ETL, and Tableau
- Ability to formulate and present findings in PowerPoint and Tableau dashboards
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with LM specific quality systems (QADS, iBASEt, and Apriso)
- Experience with scoping problems, develop plans and perform work in an Agile Framework (JIRA)
- Familiarity with the SAP HANA database
- Experience in designing efficient algorithms and performing analysis with a numerical scripting language such as Python
- Aerospace cross-solution knowledge (quality, supply chain, finance/accounts, HR, sustainment, etc.)
- Familiarity with structured and unstructured data for descriptive/diagnostic and predictive, prescriptive analytical needs.
- Familiarity in the Quality Sciences

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
