You will be the Test Engineer for our team in Lufkin, TX. Our team is responsible for designing, developing, and testing electronic systems and components, and we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Test Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, procedures, and scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our electronic systems and components. You will work closely with our team to troubleshoot and resolve test-related issues, and to support the development and integration of new test systems and procedures. Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing and maintaining test documents, including test plans, procedures, and scripts
• Coordinating system resources to support testing, including equipment, software, and personnel
• Executing test procedures and analyzing test results to identify and troubleshoot issues
• Supporting test development, integration, and anomaly resolution as required
• Working with our team to develop and implement new test methodologies and technologies
• Supporting off-hours testing and associated projects as needed

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or
other related discipline from an accredited college

Experience with common electronic test
equipment and schematic reading

Ability to implement test requirements based on
standard test methodologies and technological
solutions

Ability to effectively troubleshoot root cause for
system level failures down to component level

Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
Knowledge / experience with electronic circuits, automated test software, manufacturing
processes, and the manufacturing test
environment

Familiarity creating test procedures based upon
test requirements

Utilization of statistical data analysis as required
for test planning

Knowledge/experience with ESS testing in the
areas of CCA and Sub assemblies utilizing
thermal chambers and vibe tables.

Familiarity with programming languages such as
C, C++, and CVI

Experience in NI products, specifically TestStand
and LabVIEW

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
