Our facility in Littleton, CO has an immediate opportunity for a mid-career level Program Planner IV to join our mission supporting a program within our National Security Space line of business. As our Program Planner on this global security program you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining integrated master schedules and plans for programs and projects. To be successful you will need to have a strong background in program planning, scheduling, and control, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


Summary of Key Duties: In this role you will….

• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules (IMS) and program plans, including resource allocation and leveling

• Conduct critical path analysis and identify potential schedule risks and opportunities

• Develop and implement schedule risk management plans and mitigation strategies

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and test, to ensure program schedules are aligned and achievable

• Analyze and report program schedule performance, including earned value management (EVM) metrics

• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and issues, and develop and implement corrective actions

• Develop and maintain program metrics and dashboard reports to track schedule performance and progress

• Support program reviews and meetings, including preparation of presentation materials and schedule analysis

• Collaborate with program management to develop and maintain program budgets and resource allocation plans

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards for program planning and scheduling

Basic Qualifications:
• Proficiency in a scheduling tool such as MS Project or Open Plan (preferred)

• Experienced at developing/maintaining Network Schedules including integrity checks, critical path analysis, and Schedule Risk Analysis

• Experience delivering project briefings to internal and external customers

• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) including Cost / Schedule Integration

• Due to programs being supported, U.S. citizenship is required.

• Must have an active Top Secret clearance with a current investigation within the past 5 years
Desired Skills:
• Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintenance in OpenPlan

• Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Development

• Experience with OnePager or Milestones Pro

• Experience delivering project briefings to internal and external customers

• Demonstrated team building skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work well in team environment

• Strong communication and collaboration skills will be critical for success.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $91,300 - $175,000. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
