Job Responsibilities
Description:
You will be the Technical Trainer for our training team. Our team is responsible for developing and implementing technical automotive training programs that equip customers, employees, and field support personnel with the knowledge they need to succeed.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging technical training programs on Non-Standard Commercial Vehicles (NSCV), Polaris MRZR-D + Alphas and M1288, GMV 1.1 platforms, and other products. You will work closely with customers, engineering teams, and subject matter experts to develop comprehensive training materials and course content that meets the needs of learners. Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing and implementing technical training programs that meet customer needs and product requirements
• Creating clear and concise instructional materials, including lesson plans, training manuals, and course content
• Collaborating with customers, engineering teams, and subject matter experts to gather information and develop training programs
• Continuously revising lesson plans and course materials to reflect product updates, new training requirements, and technical changes
• Delivering training programs in a clear and confident manner, using technical manuals, military standards, and industry principles

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim secret is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
5 years FOSOV (Family of Special Operations Vehicles) equipment experience
5 years Toyota NSCV (Non-Standard Commercial Vehicle) Polaris MRZR-D + Alphas experience and GMV 1.1
Proficient user of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project), Adobe Frame maker Authoring, Corel Designer
Common Faculty Development-Instructor Course Certificate
Previous experience writing Instructional Material IAW TR 350-70
Experience producing clear, concise briefing materials for internal team and customer
Experience working within a cross-functional team or integrated product team (IPT)
An active US Department of Defense Secret (or Interim Secret) Security Clearance
A valid U.S. Passport with no travel restrictions
Ability to travel on any notice required (CONUS and OCONUS)
Desired Skills:
Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentations)
Demonstrated time management skills in a dynamic environment with competing priorities
Previous experience supporting FOSOV and GMV 1.1 equipment CONUS/OCONUS
Extensive knowledge of , Polaris and Toyota products, and M1288 GMV 1.1
Military experience within Maintenance
Experience supporting SOF customer
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
