Lockheed Martin’s SOF GLSS Team, the leading provider of a wide range of tailored logistics, maintenance and sustainment services is seeking a Program Management Manager to join the SOF GLSS team in Lexington, KY. The candidate will perform classified duties supporting multiple Special Operations groups.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Program Management Manager your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Direct daily activities for the ground LCSM Program
• Serve as primary point of contact for the Ground Mobility Vehicle Program
• Manage existing Cost-Plus activities of approximately $25M
• Manage team's preparation for growth in LCSM areas
• Implement strategic decisions and monitor execution of LCSM activities
• Ensure best possible support is provided to the customer
• Establish strategic objectives for the program, including continuous improvement initiatives
• Embody Full Spectrum Leadership (FSL) tenets in daily duties
• Lead program Risk and Opportunity Management process
• Manage performance of subcontractors
• Collaborate with Global Supply Chain and Quality Assurance
• Work with Program Areas and Functional Organizations
• Foster a culture of high performance and positive employee experiences
• Meet schedule and performance requirements and contract deliverables
• Review and approve Cost Estimate Proposals, Change Proposals, and Performance Work Statements
• Develop, maintain, and monitor program metrics
• Identify operational deficiencies and recommend corrective action
• Lead and manage the LCSM Program
• Serve as primary point of contact for the Ground Mobility Vehicle Program
• Manage program activities and resources
• Implement strategic decisions and monitor execution
• Ensure best possible support is provided to the customer
• Establish strategic objectives and continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead program Risk and Opportunity Management process

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN – This position is in direct support of a U.S. government contract that requires a company-sponsored clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years related leadership experience
Demonstrated excellent program management skills and abilities; including experience in cost, schedule, staffing, risk management and in executing programs/Projects >$20M
Be willing and able to travel (both domestic and international) as required
Desired Skills:
Active Secret Clearance.
Ability to effectively engage and influence USSOCOM customer
Ability to establish strategic direction and lead a cross functional team to carry out that direction
Possess demonstrated Full Spectrum Leadership qualities and behaviors
Highly articulate in both oral and written communications
An understanding of the ten DoD Product Support Elements
Experience working with /supporting military customers in CONUS and OCONUS environments
PMP Certification
Master Degree in Business
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
