Description:The F-22 Liaison to HQ ACC/A4F 5th Generation Aircraft Division will support Air Combat Command's (ACC) F-22 Weapons System Team (WST). The WST is a cohesive unit comprised of Air Force and contractor personnel who work seamlessly to rapidly respond to F-22 issues. The selectee will serve a critical role as primary point of engagement within/for the ACC/A4F Staff to collect requests for information/action and liaise across the Lockheed Martin (LM)/Boeing F-22 sustainment agencies to provide timely deliverables on F-22 activities/issues. The selectee will also provide minor support to the ACC/A4F F-35 WST on a funds-limited basis. The selectee will be responsible for staffing and coordinating F-22 info/activities between LM/Boeing and Major Command (MACOM) levels. This position will report directly to the Langley LM F-22 Site Senior Manager but serve multiple "customers" to ensure awareness.

The scope of this position includes the following responsibilities:
• Perform as primary liaison between LM Aeronautics Company and HQ ACC/A4F 5th Generation Weapons Systems Teams (WST).
• Understand the Follow-on Agile Sustainment for the Raptor (FASTeR) Contract and scope for HQ ACC/A4F leaders on possible courses of action.
• Provide technical and logistics info and recommendations to WST Functional Managers and ACC leaders as requested.
• Rapidly identify and provide awareness to ACC/A4 WST, F-22 Site Managers and LM Sustainment Managers to assist in resolving emerging field issues to improve fleet health and combat readiness.
• Facilitate open communication between ACC/A4F WST, LM Integrated Fighter Group (IFG), LM Aeronautics Field Sustainment (AFS) & LM/Boeing Site agencies.
• Capture FASTeR customer requirements, operational needs and maintenance improvement ideas and relay to the appropriate business areas for sustainment awareness/oversight/mitigation.
• Identify and recommend improvements to streamline current processes within the FASTeR programs.
• Provide ACC/A4F leaders with technical/engineering, aircraft modification, supply constraints, technical data improvements, and other emergent issues.
• Selectively relay pertinent info from LM Sustainment, Logistics Support and Maintenance Managers to ACC/A4F and Site leaders.
• Provide the WST with in-depth analysis and insight on LRU mean time between failures, maintenance trends, historical data, LO drivers and supply repairable item process details.
• Participate in Program-level briefings, conferences and working groups with focus on Health of Fleet & Technical Interchange meetings.
• Assist the WST with staff efforts such as:
o Reliability Availability Maintainability Program (RAMP) projects and equipment modifications.
o Fleet One Time Inspections (OTI) and Raptor Support Team (RST) Messages
o AFI supplement re-writes
o Aircraft Incident Items of Interest (IOI)
o Fleet-wide maintenance issues
o Coordinate LM Leader visits to HQ ACC Staff
o Act as the POC for LM-sponsored events within the HQ ACC Staff
• Create/provide the following products:
o Daily MICAP Breakdown Report – for unit leaders to view their MICAP status at a quick glance.
o Daily Info Bulletins & aircraft incident reports.
o Weekly RACR Mod updates to WST, PACAF/A4 and ACC/A5 on current status.
o Weekly Fleet Tracker snapshot on current F-22 Fleet issues.
o Weekly/quarterly F-22 Performance & analysis reports.
• Review F-22 Action Requests (AR) and Deficiency Reports (DR) from F-22 bases/Sites to identify trends and issues with fleet impacts.
• Assist WST with responding to short-notice HHQ taskings.
• Support WST during team absences/taskings and accompany at Program Manager Reviews (PMR), Integrated Process Team (IPT) meetings, Maintenance Conferences, and Depot Working Group meetings as needed/requested.
• Liaise with the local LM Business/Government Affairs Office to communicate customer concerns and coordinate LM visitor engagements to the ACC Staff.

Basic Qualifications:
The following Basic Qualifications are skills that a candidate must possess to be considered for this position:

• Candidate must be a United States citizen and hold at a minimum an interim DoD Secret Security clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years
• Possess, or be able to obtain and maintain F-22 Special Access Program access
• Experience with USAF and LM F-22 logistics and supply operations and special databases (IMIS, ILS-S, GOLD-ESP)
• 15 years of experience with F-22 aircraft maintenance or sustainment processes and systems
• Experience with fleet management activities and metrics from planned maintenance events to flying/depot schedule execution
• Demonstrated experience in leading organizational/intermediate-level logistics operations and support of 20+ personnel
Desired Skills:
The following Desired Skills are not required but are those skills that would set a candidate apart from the other candidates:

• Senior USAF aircraft maintenance leadership experience
• USAF F-22 systems operation knowledge
• Experience with USAF products and processes to include F-22 hardware and maintenance, technical orders and technical drawings, at the organizational and intermediate levels
• Aircraft modification planning experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Deployment experience
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
