Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is seeking a Systems Integration and Test Engineer candidate to join our team based out of King of Prussia, PA. This position is in the C4ISR market segment supporting United States Air Force and Navy programs specializing in software and systems engineering under the Weapons Platform Integration organization.
What You Will Be Doing:
Have strong problem solving, technical writing, and communication skills focused on supporting in the the United States Air Force's JASSM Enterprise Management System (JEMS), Operational Real-Time Combat Analysis (ORCA) and JASSM SMART-Sync programs.
Perform test engineering tasks such as writing and executing manual test cases.
Create discrepancy (bug) reports that detail how the software does not satisfy the intended design. They will collaborate with team members for bug closeout and resolution.
Support systems engineering task areas to include use case development, requirements analysis/management, risk management, systems engineering documentation, CONOPS development, trade studies, and data analysis.
Contribute to various test and system engineering documents requiring strong technical writing skills and an understanding of system and software engineering principles.
Note: to start this role you must have an active secret clearance and be able to obtain a top secret clearance
Basic Qualifications:
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Ability to Work Well in a Team Environment
- Familiarity with Performing Integration and Test Tasks
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related STEM degree
-Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Requirements Development, Analysis or Management
- Familiarity with Developing System Requirements, Interfaces, or Architectures using Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) tools
- Familiarity with Integration and Test of Web Applications
- Proficiency in Object Oriented Programming (OOP) using Python, or Java
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
