THE WORK
We’re looking for a Deputy Program Manager (DPM) to join our Tactical Tomahawk Weapons Control System (TTWCS) program. In this role, you'll manage cost, schedule, performance, and risk across a complex and high-visibility defense platform.
You’ll be the connective tissue between internal teams and external stakeholders, working hand-in-hand with the U.S. Navy and international customers. The DPM will collaborate closely with the TTWCS team to drive priorities, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure flawless program execution.

Basic Qualifications:
Business or Technical degree at the Bachelors level or above.
Current active secret clearance.
Proven ability to coordinate and communicate across functional organizations.
Demonstrated ability to represent programs to external and internal customers at all levels.
Demonstrated experience leading technical teams through systems engineering and development lifecycles
Experience and understanding of the program management discipline.
Experience with earned value management techniques.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to develop lasting customer and internal stakeholder relationships.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Ability to support limited domestic travel as needed
Desired Skills:
Demonstrated success in program management of complex systems successfully using cost, schedule, performance, and risk management tools to achieve program goals.
Experience with capture planning and execution.
Experience leading agile teams with earned value management reporting requirements.
Process improvement experience defining and improving key processes.
Practical experience using DoD weapons systems in testing or operational environments
Experience with supply chain and subcontracts management processes
Experience working with US Navy/NAVAIR
customers (e.g., PMA 280, PMA 281, PMA 290)
Business acumen skills including the
ability to investigate, comprehend, and
interpret business challenges, and
think and act both strategically and tactically
Demonstrated judgement, negotiation/
influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership
skills
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
