Job Responsibilities
Description:Th Administrative Assistant position supports 3 mission areas with the Information Technology and Digital Enablement (IT&DE) organization and is located in Highlands Ranch, Colorado with additional support provided virtually across the enterprise.
Administrative responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Professionalism and highly effective interpersonal skills due to the level of required corporate and company leadership interfaces
• Managing the flow and handling of confidential, sensitive and proprietary information
• Supporting 1 IT&DE VP and including 3 Directors.
• Performing travel planning, coordination and expense report submissions. Completing expense reports in LM Travel (Concur)
• Managing the logistical requirements for the 3 mission areas
• Effectively interfacing, coordinating and collaborating with LM Space Executive Assistants
• Providing timely communication to stakeholders and teams on information and emerging issues
• Proficient use of Microsoft desktop suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and ability to learn and integrate new tools easily
• Consistent professional management of telephone coverage
• Coordination of Weekly Activity Report for submittal
• Event and meeting planning, arrangement, coordination and support
• Management of office supply order and distribution
• Assisting incoming callers by coordinating referrals for notifications and problem resolution
• Receipt, review, re-direction, response, and follow up to email/mail correspondence
• Documentation management of drafted documents (review, edit, and finalization)
• Provision of guidance and direction to other administrative support employees, as needed
• U.S. Citizenship is required to work at this facility

Basic Qualifications:
• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound business judgment and discretion in performing daily responsibilities and to do so with urgency and quality, and to handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
• Proven ability to analyze data, compile and summarize information.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint and internet research skills.
• Demonstrated experience applying critical-thinking skills to task and calendar prioritization.
• U.S. Citizen
Desired Skills:
• Previous professional experience scheduling travel and expense reporting, as well as event planning.
• Experience SAP/CONCUR expense reporting.
• Experience in the aerospace and defense industry.
• Demonstrated ability to function in a high-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proven ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks with changing priorities accurately and on-time with minimal direction.
• Effective time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated exceptional strategic communication skills, both written, verbal, and presentation, to effectively communicate to all levels of peers, suppliers, and stakeholders, as well as program executives, with an ability to persuade and motivate action.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $61,300 - $108,100. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
