What You Will Be Doing

We are seeking a driven and resourceful individual to take on the Program Integration Role, supporting the F-16 Vice President and Greenville Site Lead in driving key initiatives across all F-16 Programs and the Greenville Site. Your efforts will directly contribute to our Aero 100 Key Results and reinforce our Aero Operating Model business rhythm.

Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing and managing the operational aspects of ongoing projects, acting as a key liaison between program management and executive leadership.

- Tracking project schedules, status, and action items to ensure timely and effective execution.

- Assessing project challenges and developing strategies to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals.

- Preparing executive-level briefings, ensuring leadership is informed and equipped to make critical decisions.

- Collaborating with HR and Communications to design and implement engagement plans for program success.

- Building relationships across all levels of the organization and with key customer counterparts to foster joint engagement.

- Leading efforts to organize executive briefings, customer visits, and internal engagements with a focus on impactful outcomes.

- Using problem-solving skills to address abstract issues, develop strategies, and drive resolutions.

This position is in Greenville, SC Discover Greenville.
Basic Qualifications:
Project/Program management experience.

Experience in organizational and analytical presentations

Experience with MS Office Suite is required.
Desired Skills:
Familiar with program/project management and program integration processes, preferably certified (i.e. Six Sigma, Green Belt, Black Belt, etc.).

Integrated Fighter Group program experience.

Previous experience leading projects and teams.

Experience developing and making executive level presentations.

Demonstrate diplomacy when interacting with all levels of internal and external customers.

Ability to make presentations to senior management.

Existing security clearance a plus.

Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, along with analytical and problem solving abilities.

A strong sense of follow-up and closure.

Must be a highly motivated, self-starter, adaptable to change and able to concurrently handle multiple, widely-varied assignments.

Candidate must have strong customer relationship management skills.

Experienced network communicator, mediator, negotiator and problem solver

Experience with Technical writing.

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 15 years or more of professional experience; or 13 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
