What You Will Be Doing
Join our dynamic team as a leader in the production of the cutting-edge F-16V Block 70 aircraft. We’re looking for a dedicated supervisor to manage a skilled workforce, ensuring that safety, quality, and timelines are met while continuously driving improvements and fostering a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of experienced employees to deliver top-tier production results, focusing on maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and production standards, fostering an environment of operational excellence and precision.

- Identify opportunities for process enhancement, streamline production workflows, and implement solutions that boost efficiency and minimize costs, ensuring on-time delivery of aircraft.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, DCMA, and the System Program Office, to ensure milestones are met and expectations are exceeded.

- Oversee personnel, equipment, and material resources to guarantee smooth production flow and effectively resolve logistical challenges.

- Assess team performance regularly, provide constructive feedback, implement corrective actions when necessary, and celebrate outstanding performance to maintain a positive, high-performing team culture.

Basic Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in Aviation Production, Maintenance, Aircraft Structure Modification, Repair or Overhaul (MMRO) Operations.

Experience leading a team to meet critical schedules, resolve complex and/or time sensitive technical or operational issues.

Experience reading and interpreting blueprints.

Experience interacting with internal/external customers.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Desired Skills:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college

Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize assignments.

Previously awarded an Air Force, Marine, or Navy 7 level discipline skill level rating or possess equivalent civilian experience with associated credential such as an licensed FAA “Airframe and Power" plant or Inspector Airframe license.

Structural repair, fabrication, and assembly experience

Recent fighter aircraft experience

Ability to obtain a security clearance as required.

Ability to create and utilize metrics related to performance.

Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience.

Demonstrated ability to create, monitor and report on all executive operations metrics.

Experience in Lean Manufacturing or processes.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
