Job Responsibilities
Description:
You will be the Project Manager for the Precision Fires Supply Chain team. Our team is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, contributing to strategic planning, and supporting internal and external communications strategies to drive business success.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Project Manager, you will provide essential support to the leadership team by managing operations, facilitating interactions, and ensuring timely closure of LOB goals. You will be responsible for collaborating with the leadership team, tracking action items, and preparing materials and reports to drive business outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Collaborating with the GSC leadership team on international travel requests, budget, and manpower planning
• Developing and coordinating functional requests, such as data collections and supplier impact inquiries
• Leading and participating in strategic planning, project execution, and related initiatives
• Partnering with support staff to achieve objectives
• Coordinating employee engagement events, site visits, and skip levels
• Collaborating with GSC LOB project managers and ensuring incorporation of Program Execution Team (PET) upskilling

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
