Description:Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control is seeking an experienced professional with both financial and technical knowledge to join the central finance team.

The selected person will focus on 1LMX initiatives, specifically the Cobra and CAM portal implementations and will develop into the subject matter expert. Candidate will require attention to detail, knowledge of MFC financial processes and how future tool functionality would affect our current process. Must be an effective communicator, able to develop excellent working relationships across MFC as well as the corporation. Candidate will function as the liaison between the end user community and the corporate tools team, acting as a change and thought leader to drive improvements to the system.

In addition, the position will help support the MFC Cost Management tool - Electronic Financial System (EFS) -focusing on the future roadmap as well as the current day to day operations. Detailed knowledge of the Contract Status Review (CSR) Process, MFC accounting practices, and experience with Cobra and the Deltek suite of products highly desirable but not required. Will lead meetings to lay out specifications for new functionality based program needs and user feedback.

Role requires the ability to adapt to an ever changing environment and work in close coordination with many areas, including Program Finance, Functional Finance, IT, Program Planners, Business Operations, Independent Auditors, Government agencies, Corporate and other Business Area personal.

• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in cost management
• Experience with CSR preparation and requirements
• Ability to multi-task, and pay close attention to large volumes of data
• Able to work in fast paced environment that is geographically dispersed
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Team player
Desired Skills:
• Expertise in MFC’s Electronic Financial System (EFS) and its various workflows
• Expertise in Earned Value Management System requirements, including EV cost tools and Data Driven Metrics.
• Expertise in LM Finance Processes
• Familiarity with 1LMX and future state tool set
• Experience with Cobra and the Deltek suite of products
• History and exposure to multiple F&BO roles and leaders
• Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to present to all levels
• Working knowledge of SAP, Fire, and Tableau
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered an emerging authority.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
