This is a Pipeline Req, sample statement of work, and actual job responsibilities will be within Field Engineer, Field Service Representatives (FSR), or Contractor Technical Support (CTS) representatives. We may have multiple opportunities at various levels.
We are seeking Field Service Representatives (FSR) and Contractor Technical Support (CTS) representatives to support our international defense programs.
This is a pipeline requisition for a 2-year international accompanied & unaccompanied assignments. The selected candidates will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing technical support, training, and maintenance services for various defense systems, including HIMARS, Sniper Pods, and Infrared Search and Track (IRST).
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support, training, and maintenance services to customers on various defense systems
Conduct on-site/on-equipment unit OJT, maintenance, and operating techniques for troubleshooting, routine maintenance, inspection, and repair.
Emphasize safety precautions and render technical advice to resolve difficult and unusual maintenance problems.
Act as a liaison to disseminate information related to maintenance and operational problems.
Provide proficiency instruction on the use and interpretation of commodity manuals and Country Standard Technical Orders (CSTOs).
Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly reports, and assist in preparation of deficiency reports as applicable.
Participate in Program Management Reviews and On-site activation/facilities reviews.
*Some positions may require candidates to relocate to Grand Prairie, TX for 90-120 days for training prior to international assignment*
Basic Qualifications:
• Must be able to obtain an interim or final secret
security clearance prior to start
• Must be willing to deploy for 2 years
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
products and internet navigation capabilities
• Must be able to establish and maintain a good
working relationship with the customer
• Detailed understanding of organizational level
maintenance, fault isolation, diagnostics, and repair
of defense systems, preferably on HIMARS, Sniper,
and/or IRST
• Ability to pass an overseas assignment physical
Desired Skills:
• Prior military instructor experience
• Prior FSR experience
• Sniper experience
• Prior IRST experience
• Prior service as a 94P with demonstrated leadership
and teaching abilities
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
