Description:
You will be the Control Account Manager for the Precision Fires Global Supply Chain team. Our team is responsible for managing the financials related to procurement, from start to finish, and delivering quality products on time to our customers.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Control Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the scope, schedule, and budget for your assigned Control Accounts, serving as the primary liaison between Subcontract Managers, Finance, and Program Management. You will be the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) point of contact for the Global Supply Chain organization, providing direction and oversight for the accounts you manage. Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing, defining, and managing the scope, schedule, and budget for your Control Accounts
• Supporting Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) planning and execution
• Preparing presentations and delivering briefings to customers and internal leadership regarding control account performance
• Developing control account variance reports for EVMS compliance
• Collaborating with material finance to achieve financial goals related to supply chain
• Representing Global Supply Chain at program-level meetings regarding EVMS and schedule discussions

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Ability to obtain a US Security clearance.
• Ability to travel.
• Ability to work multiple tasks and deal with competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) skills.
• Ability to interface with multiple levels of management both internally and externally
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
• Problem solving skills.
Desired Skills:
• Able to navigate and use MFC's Electronic Financial System (EFS)
• Working knowledge of SAP and/or CAM Trained.
• Knowledge of EVMS processes.
• Working knowledge of Procurement processes including Lockheed Martin Material Acquisition Procedures and FAR.
• Program Performance Management 101 or equivalent training.
• Risk and Opportunity Management knowledge.
• Experience reviewing an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
• Knowledge and experience of the Proposal Process, Risk Mitigation and Project management as it relates to Supply Chain.
• Previous experience implementing change to improve processes.
• Ability to make strategic decisions while delivering results.
• Previous experience preparing and delivering presentations.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
