This Senior level position provides planning/scheduling support for the Sustainment Operations team on Joint Strike Fighters Program.

Summary of Key Duties
The F-35 Integrated Program Planning Senior Team member for this position is a self-starter and relationship builder supporting an integrated team within the Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) platform to ensure successful F-35 program execution and performance, including all aspects of a validated Earned Value Management system. This position has shared responsibility for schedule baseline management and control as well as assisting in monthly variance analysis.

Responsibilities include the development and maintenance of schedules. Candidate will also integrate and assess schedule impacts of proposed work on both existing and future plans. Candidate will develop/refine knowledge of Critical Path Methodology and how to apply it in schedule network development and analysis. Position interacts across a variety of program functional organizations such as engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, production and quality control. This position will be an active participant in the evaluation of program and project planning and scheduling products and practices and will be instrumental in the resultant remediation activities upon identification of gaps.

Further Information About This Opportunity
*Must be a US Citizen. Must obtain a Secret Clearance as part of employment, but no clearance is required to start.
*This role may have occasional travel to suppliers or other facilities
*Although this position does support some teleworking, the selected candidate will need to be located near our Lockheed Martin facility in Forth Worth, TX and is expected to work in the office as needed.

Desired Skills:
- Degree in Construction Management, Program Management, Business Administration

- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities

- Previous experience with Deltek OpenPlan

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
