Reporting to the F-35 Mods & Upgrades Program Director, the Digital & Business Transformation Program Manager will serve as the Program Management Senior Manager responsible for a portfolio of F-35 Modification efforts.

What You Will Be Doing:
This role will lead the technology and business process changes required for the Mods Enterprise to achieve fleet configuration objectives at rate over the next decade. The Senior Program Manager will collaborate extensively with F-35 Variant Leads, F-35 Mods Program Managers, Operations/Functional Partners, Engineering, Enterprise Integration, Value Stream Owners, and Customers to drive the success of Mods Enterprise objectives.

In this critical position, the Senior PM is responsible for overseeing all phases of the portfolio, including:

• NBF/Capital Funding
• System & Tool Development & Deployment
• Modification Requirements Planning
• Modification Workload Reviews
• Closeout Activities

Additionally, this portfolio includes Depot Activation & Expansion, where the team proposes, negotiates, contracts, and funds tasking across multiple teams covering the activation lifecycle—from customer requirements and site surveys to activation and Initial Depot Capability milestones.

The Senior PM will be responsible for managing the existing scope, as well as the cost, schedule, and technical performance of these two portfolios. This role also leads a team of program managers and may be assigned special projects within the Mods and Upgrades Program Office, coordinating with both Customers and LM leadership on key initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience with the modification and/or change request process
• Experience with the use of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
• System architecture and/or Tableau development experience
• Active Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
• F-35 Program experience
• Experience working directly with customers
• Demonstrated Program/Project Management on complex programs involving Department of Defense Systems
• Experience in manufacturing or engineering
• Articulate in both oral and written communications on complex subject matter
• Experience leading a team in technical and leadership development
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
