Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Early Career Software Quality Analyst in Fort Worth TX. Responsible for implementation and performance to Aero Codes related to the Software Quality Engineering (SWQE) organization, assigned engineer will be predominately focused on software quality tasks on the F-35 Program. Successful applicant will work with software developers and production/manufacturing engineering to ensure compliance to Company, IPT and SWQE requirements under supervision. Perform/assist process, product, vendor and special quality evaluations/audits and author reports of same. Review and give input to RFQ, RFP's, etc. Provide SWQE management with metrics, reports, schedules, and other support as necessary.

Willing to travel, ability to work off-shift and weekends, when needed; Ability to obtain a Secret clearance is required. Must be a US Citizen.; This position will require a government security clearance.; This position is located at a facility that requires special access
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

* Demonstrated quality science expertise in one or more of the following areas: Inspection and Evaluation, Agile and DevSecOps Practices, Defect Prevention, Quantitative Methods and Tools, Continual Improvement and Lean Methodologies, Risk Mitigation, and Root Cause Analysis.

* Experience with details of individual aspects of the software lifecycle (e.g., Requirements, Design, Coding, Unit Testing, Formal Testing, Integration & Testing, Release, Configuration Management, Problem Resolution)

* Demonstrated experience with data analytics (eg., statistical analysis and/or metrics).
Desired Skills:
* Experience identifying, gathering and analyzing data to determine process health (compliance and ability to produce quality products)

* Experience independently developing process evaluation checklists from company, program and project command media

* Experience effectively interfacing with a variety of management and employee levels

* Well versed in the details of individual aspects of the software lifecycle (e.g. Requirements, Design, Coding, Unit Testing, Formal Testing, Integration & Testing, Release, Configuration Management, Problem Resolution)

* Well versed in Agile methodologies

* Well versed in AS9100/AS9115

* Certified Software Quality Engineer is a plus

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and able to quickly learn other tools and applications required to perform job duties.

* Experience prioritizing and managing assigned tasks and ensuring work is completed on time

* Excellent interpersonal skills needed for collaboration, communication, and presentations as well as resolving issues with multiple organizations.

* Experience independently coordinating a diverse team in identifying root causes and resolution of complex issues.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
