We are currently seeking a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) to work on multiple Special Access Programs (SAP) and Special Access Required (SAR) programs.

Key Responsibilities

-Oversee and manage security operations for SAP/SAR programs, including security planning, personnel security, physical security, program access coordination, and secure communications/computing.
-Ensure personnel meet all clearance and investigative requirements for program access.
-Conduct security education classes, investigate security violations, and prepare detailed reports with findings and recommended preventive actions.
-Manage and enforce courier procedures for secure information and materials.
-Review and update Fixed Facility Checklists for Special Access Program Facilities (SAPFs), and inspect proposed SAPF areas to ensure compliance.
-Prepare and coordinate requests for Co-Use Agreements, Temporary Secure Working Areas (TSWAs), and any required waiver documentation.

Qualifications

-Strong working knowledge of DoD SAP manuals, ICD series documents, and program-specific security directives.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a high-pressure, fast-paced, multi-program environment.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Ability to collaborate effectively in a team atmosphere while independently ensuring compliance with Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, customer, and government security requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
-Experience in SAP/SAR security management.
-Familiarity with the full range of security procedures, including personnel, physical, and communications security.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. It will require a Top Secrete clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience in Special Programs, Personnel Security, Physical Security and Security Education and Training.

Experience with DoD SAPs

Experience with DoD Manuals 5205.07, Volumes 1-4

Experience with Joint SAP Implementation Guide (JSIG) requirements
Desired Skills:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college.

Self-driven and results oriented, capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently and across an ambiguous and uncertain landscape.

Be highly organized and have advanced oral and written communication skills, as well as working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
