As a Project Management & Planning Operations Representative supporting Requirements Planning, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient, timely, and accurate coordination of spares and demand execution plans within our F-35 program. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Material Requirements Planning (MRP), to support our operations and uphold Lockheed Martin’s commitment to delivering top-quality solutions.


What You Will Be Doing
• Oversee Spares Management: Manage spares requests, modification kit support, and associated scheduling.
• Coordinate Master Data: Collect and oversee data for demand execution plans, ensuring precise order entry into SAP.
• Collaborate with MRP: Work with MRP to plan sales orders internally or externally to meet contractual due dates.
• Manage Data Accuracy: Ensure stability and accuracy of demand data in SAP for optimized operations.
• Manual Parts Request: Initiate manual parts requests for immediate or urgent requirements.
• Order Tracking: Oversee the shipping process, tracking orders to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.

Who You Are
• Detail-oriented project planner with experience in spares or material management
• Effective communicator, capable of collaborating across functions to meet deadlines and operational goals
• Skilled with SAP and MRP systems, with a strong focus on data accuracy and demand stability
• Proactive problem-solver, able to manage urgent requirements and ensure smooth operations

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience with Manufacturing, Production Operations, &/or Sustainment processes
• Experience with SAP operating software, including transactional acumen and data elements available for report/metric development
• Data manipulation background using Microsoft Office Suite
Desired Skills:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university
• Sustainment experience
• SAP experience
• Continuous Improvement experience
• Experience standardizing and improving operational processes
• Experience working with cross functional teams
• Experience creating and executing presentation

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
