Lockheed Martin is seeking a Project Management and Planning Operations Representative Staff to support Delivery Operations on the Flightline and AFF. This role is instrumental in managing the DOMMS Report Gateway (transitioning to Aero Genesis) and providing data analysis and root cause corrective action support for aircraft production. The position requires a strong analytical mindset, project management expertise, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to drive operational excellence.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
System & Data Management
• Support 3,000+ users by overseeing the DOMMS Report Gateway and facilitating the transition to Aero Genesis.
Project Oversight
• Track and manage project progress, budgets, and resources to ensure alignment with cost and schedule objectives.
Risk Management
• Assess and mitigate risks related to supplier, engineering, quality, and performance challenges.
Data Analysis & Process Improvement
• Collect, process, and analyze data using statistical methods to derive actionable insights.
• Set up and maintain data processes and develop new analytics capabilities.
• Manage data quality assurance, including database queries and timely resolution of stakeholder requests.
Corrective Action Support
• Conduct root cause corrective analysis (RCCA) to address customer Corrective Action Requests.
Reporting & Communication
• Produce and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare and present project status updates and insights to stakeholders and executives.

Basic Qualifications:
• Aerospace & Defense Industry or Federal experience
• Experience in project management, operations, or a related field
• Understanding of system databases, data elements, and application software solutions to optimize data gathering and analysis on aircraft Systems / Sub-systems
• Experience in data structures and hierarchies
• Experience with ALIS Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Desired Skills:
• 5 years, Demonstrated Aerospace & Defense Industry or Federal experience
• 5 Years, experience in project management, operations, or a related field
• Demonstrate to stakeholders how analytics can be implemented to maximize business benefits
• Experience Providing strategic consulting, needs assessment, and scoping of projects
• Previous manufacturing knowledge and experience (desired)
• Clearly communicate findings, recommendations, and explain models
• Experience in aircraft Scheduling, Planning, and system analysis
• Experience in conducting studies and preparing reports for Senior and Executive level leaders regarding aircraft projects for root cause analysis and corrective action
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college in a related discipline
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
