We’re seeking an experienced Senior Industrial Engineer for the F-35 Forward Fuselage area in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you’ll optimize production processes, drive efficiency, and lead continuous improvement initiatives through innovative, "above the floor" solutions and advanced automation techniques.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Production Planning: Analyze and develop production schedules and staffing plans to ensure seamless production flow.
Metrics and Monitoring: Create and monitor production health metrics to track performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement activities, focusing on enhancing production efficiency through the use of automation and advanced software tools.
Project Management: Take on project management responsibilities to drive key initiatives within the F-35 Forward Fuselage area.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Industrial Engineering, Production Management, and other support functions to ensure alignment on production goals and initiatives.
Data-Driven Solutions: Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and develop strategies for optimizing production processes.

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience developing production plans in a professional environment

• Experience with forecasting methods (learning curves, parametric estimates)

• Experience with statistical analysis or data analysis or database operations
Desired Skills:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education

• Experience with statistical analysis (regression analysis, statistical process control, R, Python, Tableau, etc.)

• Experience with database operations (data mining, SQL statements)

• Experience with Assembly EVMS Processes

• Experience working with business objects (BO) and enterprise data warehouse (EDW)

• Experience with analytical and project planning tools and software, including MS Office Suite of tools

• Lean/Six Sigma Certification (Black Belt, Green Belt, PDCA, etc.)

• Project management experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
