Job Responsibilities
Description:We are Lockheed Martin
This position is for the Manager of the Flight Test Data Processing Team within the Test & Evaluation Directorate of Lockheed Martin Aeronautics based in Fort Worth, TX. This role is responsible for technical oversight of the Team as well as cost and schedule performance of assigned work-scope. Responsibilities for the Team include:
• Core Data Processing Support across LM Aero Lines of Business (LoBs) for F-35, IFG, and ADP Projects.
• Common Data Processing System Sustainment
• Flight Test Engineering, Test Site, & Customer Coordination
• Data Processing Tool Administration and Sustainment
• Control Room / MMCF / Real-Time Telemetry Ops Support
• Data Processing Capability Development & Improvement
• Misc Data Processing Projects – Program/Project Unique
This position interfaces directly with Customer, Program Management, Test Site Leadership, LM Aero Senior Leadership, and various other stakeholders.
The role is responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
Occasional travel and overtime may be required.
**Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.**

Basic Qualifications:
• Flight Test Experience related to Data Processing or Instrumentation
• Technical Project Management experience
• Engineering/Technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Active Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
• Experience Developing or Sustaining Data Processing Systems in a Development Test Environment
• Flight Test Experience
• New business proposal development experience
• Technical Leadership Experience
• Previous L-Coded Leadership Experience
• CAM or OBS Manager Experience (Earned Value Management)
• Program Experience and LOB Familiarity
• Experience effectively briefing Senior and Executive Level Leadership
• Excellent communication/coordination skills

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
