Customer Programs Integrator - Level 3

This role will support the New Program & Operations Integration team supporting F-35 Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Customer Programs Program Management Office. Individual will be responsible for planning, execution, and project management for various operation elements for FMS customers and the F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO). Control Account Manager (CAM) duties required.

What You Will Be Doing

Core responsibilities include:

- Supporting F-35 FMS Country Senior Program Manager on program activities
- Support Program Management team with contract execution to ensure mission success of key customer milestones
- Support coordination of program review sessions and engagements with the customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance (Program Management Reviews, Process Meetings, Customer Visits, Monthly Reviews, etc.)
- Coordinate with Integrated Customer Team including program leadership, engineering, contracts management, business management, planning/scheduling, production, sustainment, and subcontract management to achieve program objectives
- Interface with high-level internal and external leadership including direct communication with domestic and international customers
- Ensure Program documents are in compliance for release and review by customer
- Development, tracking, and reporting of program metrics, development and maintenance of program documentation and databases (Joint Data Library, SharePoint, etc.),
- Coordinate CONUS & OCONUS travel request and logistics for Program Management team


In addition to operations integration, additional responsibilities include:

- CAM for FMS Program Support including reporting of program cost and schedule variance
- Coordination with the Program Management, Project Engineering, and IPT Cost Account Managers (CAMs) to ensure Earned Value (EV) requirements are met within cost and schedule commitments.

The selected candidate must have the ability to respond to change quickly and effectively and communicate changes to the program team in a timely manner.

**Travel CONUS required up to 15% - 25%**
**Travel OCONUS may be required but less than 5%**

***Must be a US Citizen. This position is located within a facility that requires special access and a Secret clearance after hire.***

Basic Qualifications:
- Project Management Experience
- Earned Value Management (EVMS) Experience
- Previous experience managing cost and schedule
- Experience developing presentations and presenting to customers, internal stakeholders, and/or leadership
- Experience performing in a team environment
- Active Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
- F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) Customer Experience
- EVMS/CAM Certified (CAM 101 Test Passed)
- Demonstrated experience tracking, pulling, and managing data for reports
- Ability to interface and work well with multiple functional areas (Engineering, Contracts, Business Management, Program Office, and external Customers)
- International Project Experience
- F-35 customer experience
- Proposal development and support experience
- Familiarity with LM tools - APTS, EVMS, SAP, Tableau, and SharePoint
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
