What You Will Be Doing
As a Delivery Cell Lead – Level 1, you will play an important role on the F-35 Sustainment Supply team by supporting the coordination and execution of material deliveries across multiple contracts and programs. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are eager to launch a career in program support, supply chain, or aerospace operations. You’ll work closely with project engineers, contract owners, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate tracking, documentation, and delivery alignment—directly contributing to the success of one of the most advanced fighter aircraft programs in the world. This role offers valuable hands-on experience, mentorship, and growth opportunities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the F-35 Delivery Cell Team by coordinating material deliveries across multiple sustainment contracts.

- Assist the Project Engineer Lead and Contract Owners/Control Account Managers with delivery status tracking and documentation.

- Help ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD) by identifying and resolving part number discrepancies and delivery constraints.

- Monitor and align demand across different Lines of Business (LOB) to optimize material flow.

- Collect and organize data and documentation to support contract closure efforts.

- Contribute to the analysis and documentation of cost and schedule variances.

- Learn and apply knowledge of project schedules and budget tracking tools.

- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support delivery and program goals.

- Maintain accurate records and contribute to reporting requirements in a timely and organized manner.

Basic Qualifications:
• Holds at least 1 year of professional experience

• Experience in one or more of the following areas: Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Logistics, Finance, Performance Based Logistics (PBL), Program Management, and/or Inventory Management

• Holds previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite, (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Desired Skills:
• Attention to detail skills

• Holds a Bachelors degree in a related discipline, OR equivalent experience/combined education.

• Experience with Program Management and/or partnering with Program Managers

• SAP skills

• Organizational Skills

• Control Account Manager (CAM) experience

• Inventory Management

• Microsoft Office Suite familiar

• Familiar with presenting to senior leadership audience

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
