The OneLM Transformation (1LMX) effort is an internal transformation project that will change the way LM is doing business across all business areas. This includes system modernization, consolidation of Business Area processes & practices and cutting edge IT and engineering implementation.

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time, partially-remote, staff level Applications Analyst to be a technical software testing lead for a team of Quality professionals that are reengineering the way we work across the entire value stream and product lifecycle.

You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure Quality processes are well-defined and efficiently implemented. This position will support the development and deployment of the Next Gen MES System. In this role, you will get to work closely with cross-business teams like technology transformation leads, IT professionals, change management, design/manufacturing/process engineers and Quality data analysts.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Translate end user needs into business needs and software requirements
- Judging the value between several proposed capabilities and being able to advocate clearly for the ones you believe to be the highest impact/ROI
- Lead deployment of capabilities to programs
- Clearly communicate expectations and requirements between programs and solution train teams.
- Assess current system capabilities and define the future business processes to both take advantage of out-of-the-box capabilities as much as possible while achieving key capabilities
- Developing Test Plans and leading user testing
- Provide additional and miscellaneous user support (OJT)
- Enabling a team of Model Based Quality Engineers to maximize their potential through technical assistance, communication, coaching/mentoring, growth opportunities, and championing 1LMX strategy and objectives
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered an emerging authority.

• Demonstrated collaboration and teaming skills at all levels of the organization and work experience developing effective stakeholder relationships

• Ability to balance technical requirements and techniques to improve customer experience
Desired Skills:
Strong knowledge of Apriso application
Strong understanding of software testing principles, including test planning, test design, test execution, and test automation
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and resolve complex testing issues
Experience with JIRA and Zephyr
Experience working at multiple Lockheed Martin Business Areas

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
