You will be a ADP Sustainment Integrator Principal - Level 6.

What You Will Be Doing

In this position, you will be responsible for providing integrated logistics support to customers of Advance Development Program (ADP) Sustainment Operations as a member of the ADP Sustainment Integration Office. You will ensure the needs of new and existing ADP Sustainment customers are clearly identified and communicated to the functional teams and actively monitor performance to those requirements. You will serve as the conduit for coordinated and directed customer and Line of Business (LOB) communications, directed metrics reporting, and performance resolution.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating support from all program and sustainment areas to achieve desired results and monitoring effectiveness of the sustainment solution via field and LM Aero performance metrics.
• Ensuring the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
• Supporting creation of internal and external executive-level functional and program presentations, ensuring messages are communicated correctly and consistently.
• Assisting with detailed planning and providing task and status visibility to ensure alignment and synchronization between Aeronautics program
• Responsible for sustainment program support to include integration, comprehensive logistics, sustainment plan creation and support requirements for the lifecycle of the product. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. May serve as the point of contact for logistics with the customer and provide advice or training on system design and specifications. Functions as the internal design interface between support system, concepts and specifications. Performs analysis of the sustainment system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Other analysis may include interface studies, timeline and requirements allocation, effectiveness, verification, cost/risk, and supportability.

Further Information About This Opportunity

You must hold a Final DoD Secret clearance prior to start.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX  Discover Fort Worth.
Basic Qualifications:
• Holds a Final DoD Secret Clearance prior to start.

• Holds a Bachelors degree in an engineering/technical discipline from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. Viewed as the most senior authority in discipline.

• Holds logistics experience with all Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) elements including, Supply, Provisioning, Technical Publications, Field Services, Mods/Maintenance Repair and Operations, Support Equipment and/or Training.

• Demonstrated experience working and/or briefing senior level customer personnel as well as Director and Vice President levels within Lockheed Martin and DoD program offices.
Desired Skills:
• Strong presentation and written and verbal communication skills

• Knowledge of ADP, sustainment acquisition processes, and unique product support strategies.

• Knowledge and experience with ADP programs and related support contracts.

• Deep understanding of Performance Based Logistics (PBL) principles and execution.

• Knowledge of Lockheed Martin and Aeronautics logistic processes, systems and structure.

• Knowledge of data analytics and prognostic health management.

• Experience effectively dealing with abstract issues and independently developing solid plans and communication strategies to effectively respond to internal or external customers.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
