Martin Aeronautics Field Sustainment (AFS) Team as
an Aircraft Maintenance Quality Delivery and
Sustainment Specialist on our F-35 Program! This
position is part of the Quality Management team
supporting F-35 aircraft maintenance operations at NAS Fallon located at Fallon, Nevada

Responsibilities include:
• Perform Internal Audits of ICS and Modification
programs and processes utilizing AS9100/9110
Aerospace Standard and DCMAI 8210 requirements
• Conducts scheduled/unscheduled surveillance
activities to support Quality Management System for
all Company activities, including Automated Logistics
Information System (ALIS)
• Processes Lost/Missing Item/Tool reports as required
• Processes all Incident Reports as required
• Assist with Root Cause Analysis and developing
Corrective Action Plans for non-conformities.
Provides recommendations through the Corrective
Action Request Review Board (CARRB) to Site
Leadership
• Manage the investigative process for any quality
related nonconformity, incident, accident, mishap, or
infraction, ensure good housekeeping and safety
practices are followed
• Facilitate the Enterprise Sustainment Quality (ESQ)
Corrective Action Request (CAR) process, to include
the CARRB at the local level.
• Manage the Preventative Corrective Action
Management System (PCAMS) administration
process
• Prepares and submits Quality metrics and reports
by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing
information, and trends including failed process,
recalls, corrective actions, and validations
• Responsible for local document control
management to include development, publishing,
annual reviews and document change requests
• Ensures contract compliance with DCMA 8210.1
through Contractor Ground Operation Plan (CGOP)
audits
• Develop and manage Quality Process Improvement
Plans
• Assists the Maintenance Team as required in
support of the customer’s operational requirements,
including technical data research
• Engages and addresses all Quality Management System
issues
• Engages and addresses third party vendor liaison
issues on Quality concerns
• Engage and support Action Request (AR) review
and submission process as required
• Implement Quality Assurance Plans, policies, and
audit schedules with QA Personnel
• Conducts research on emergent issues to support
customers
• Must possess a valid State Driver’s License
• Must be willing to deploy to various locations
• Must be willing to work any shift, weekends and
holidays as required
• Must be a United States citizen
• Must possess at minimum an Interim Secret Security Clearance and be able to obtain a Final Secret Security Clearance.

Basic Qualifications:
The following Basic Qualifications are skills that a candidate must possess to be considered for this position:

• Minimum 6 years of military aircraft maintenance
experience (within past 10 years)
• Must have been previously awarded a USN/USMC CDI/CDQAR, Air Force 5-7 Level, or equivalent
• Must possess 2 years of experience in a Quality
role in a military aircraft maintenance environment
• Experience with one or more of the following:
Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE)/Ground Support
Equipment (GSE); safety programs; maintenance
information system; formal on-the-job training
methods; tool & FOD industry standards or
calibration management and procedures
Desired Skills:
The following Desired Skills are not required but are those skills that would set a candidate apart from the other candidates:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a
related discipline
• Experience with Autonomic Logistics Information
System (ALIS)
• Experience with composing and submitting F-35
Action Requests
• Experience with composing and submitting SQAR
Requests
• Experience in conducting audits utilizing
AS9100/9110 Aerospace Standard and DCMAI 8210
requirements
• 5th Generation platform experience
• Experience in the CAR process
• Green Belt certification or other Continuous Process
Improvement experiences
• Experience in developing and implementing Tool
Control and FOD policies
• Experienced with Quality plans and policy
development
• Familiar with DCMA Instruction 8210.1D in
association with aircraft ground operations and
related aircraft maintenance programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently with minimum
direct supervision
• Proven ability to interface with leadership, quality
team, technical experts, and subject matter experts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Non- standard 40 hour work week as assigned by leader
