Description:
Join the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Field Sustainment team as an F-35 Aircraft Operations Center Deployment Integrator Staff at our Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio facility. Our team is responsible for functioning as the conduit between internal and external customers and F-35 Aircraft Sustainment organizations including Sustaining Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Sustainment Performance Management, Field Operations, Support Equipment, Training, and others as needed.
What You Will Be Doing
As the F-35 Operations Center Deployment Integrator, you will be the conduit between industry and Government ensuring all Off Station Notifications are appropriately managed, staffed, and coordinated prior to worldwide deployments. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Conducting coordination meetings with all stakeholders regard to upcoming deployments
• Work across all areas of global support to include support equipment, ALIS, supply etc.
• Support customer requests in a timely manner
• Must be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.

Basic Qualifications:
The following Basic Qualifications are skills that a candidate must possess to be considered for this position:
• Military deployment planning experience
• Prior aircraft fleet management and/or maintenance leadership experience
• Military aircraft maintenance experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Desired Skills:
The following Desired Skills are not required but are those skills that would set a candidate apart from the other candidates:
• F-35 sustainment experience; such as Fleet Support, Field Operations, Supply Operations or F-35 field maintenance experience (i.e., Mission Systems, Vehicle Systems, Supportable Low Observable (SLO) experience
• Experience in a fast paced, dynamic, Operations Center type of environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead effective teamwork by capitalizing on diplomacy, credibility, and problem resolution
• Familiarity or experienced with any of the following a plus:
• F-35 Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) to include Siebel Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Analytics, Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) tools
• Customer support skills and/or military aircraft maintenance experience
• Presentation design, web environment, & process design
• Ability to successfully interface with customer personnel including making presentations and leading meetings
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal as well as presentation skills with experience briefing at the General Officer and VP level
• Deployment experience with F-35 Aircraft
• Field Service Representative experience.
• Fluent in any of the following languages: Italian, German, Japanese, Korean, or others.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
