What We’re Doing
Our Team, the Command and Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) Regional Apps (RA) team, is constantly engineering, developing and integrating new capabilities for the U.S. Missile Defense System. protecting both the United States and its allies. This large, fast paced team, is composed of many small agile teams working together dynamic environment with a common mission to develop and deploy leading-edge missile defense technologies.

The Work
The C2BMC-Regional Application Agile Release Train is seeking a software analysis tools developer that will thrive in a fast paced team environment contributing to the design, development, and testing of the C2BMC applications. Common responsibilities of an analysis tools developers on the RA ART team include:
• Work on a team of SW analysts supporting the RA ART to validate performance, functionality and the verification of requirements for a large scale software application
• Develop the analysis tools and scripts needed to process test data from many sources, integrate that data, and provide in formats for the analysts and software developers
• Provide automation in CI/CD pipelines for analysis tools and scripts
• Enhance & maintain existing tools and scripts on both Windows and Linux platforms

Basic Qualifications:
• Must possess ACTIVE secret clearance to be a candidate.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Math, Physics, Information Technology, or other related Science or Engineering fields, or equivalent work experience in application tools development
• Demonstrated proficiency using MATLAB, Python, Java or similar tools to develop data analysis applications.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience developing software applications and tool sets for processing and analyzing test data results.
• Experience demonstrating work completed to the team and external stakeholders, including customer representatives.
• Can demonstrate familiarity with Systems Engineering, Software Development lifecycles, and software analysis.
Desired Skills:
• Experience working in the missile defense domain including engagement management, sensor management, algorithm development.
• Java and Python expertise.
• User knowledge of Unix/Linux operating
systems, including shell scripting.
• Experience developing and understanding complex algorithms; performing analysis on complex algorithms for performance and functionality; presenting analysis results to stakeholder is also desired.
• Previous experience driving projects to closure through communication, coordination, and execution.
• Active CompTIA Security+ (CE option), or ability to obtain within 60 days of start.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $85,900 - $164,600. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
