THE WORK
As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and leadership of a team of highly technical, geographically dispersed cybersecurity professionals. You must manage the processes required for the development, implementation, and maintenance of numerous classified computer environments that support multiple program requirements across a large and dynamic organization. The position will track, review, verify, and validate required DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) documentation and artifacts in accordance with DoD Instruction 8510.01, RMF for DoD IT, and any applicable federal or military RMF Process Guides. Serves as the primary liaison with various government Authorizing Officials (AO) for business within their area of responsibility. Serves as the principal advisor on all matters, technical and otherwise, involving the security of the information system portfolio under their purview. May have budgetary responsibility.
The successful candidate will have a background in security, project management, leadership, collaborative teaming and process improvement initiatives. This position reports to the Deputy Director of Classified Cybersecurity of RMS.

Basic Qualifications:
Active Secret clearance.
Minimum 12+ years of experience working directly in the IT Security or Cybersecurity discipline.
Extensive knowledge and experience with authorization requirements as outlined in the NISPOM/DAAPM, RMF, ICD 503, JSIG, NIST RMF & STIG and other USG IS/Security-related policies.
Experience managing cybersecurity requirements and /or teams operating in collateral, Special Access Programs (SAP) and /or Specialized Compartmentalized Information (SCI) environments.
Currently possess an active DoD 8570.01-M IAM level III certified credentials (e.g. CISSP, CISM, GSLC).
Possess executive level presence, ability to lead with other leaders and influence and communicate effectively across the organization.
Experience successfully and respectfully interfacing with internal/external customers (DCSA, AO/DAO, GCAs, IT, Program Managers, Cyber Engineering, etc.)
Conduct reviews and technical inspections to identify and mitigate potential security weaknesses and ensure that all security features applied to a system are implemented and functional.
Desired Skills:
Familiarity with containerization and related technologies (i. e. Kubernetes, Docker)
Current or prior experience as IAM or ISSM for a large, complex DoD/Special Access Cybersecurity Program
Ability to handle difficult situations and make informed/confident decisions based upon risk assessment
Knowledge of Host Based Security System (HBSS), Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS), and Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP)
Active TOP SECRET clearance
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $146,800 - $281,400. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
