Squadron CPSO Task Leads are responsible POCs for
operational training, education, and mentorship for all
squadron Security Generalists and CPSOs with minimal
supervision and are considered an emerging leader/manager. Duties may/will include the following: all security management functions towards mission executions directly impacting all squadrons in handling and storing classified items; planning assistance, conducting, evaluating, analyzing, and reporting security program issues related to Special Access Programs Facilities (SAPF) and operations.
CPSO Task leads may/will include day-to-day activities associated with SAPF physical security, building modification, deployments, flightline operations, and other USG requested activities as necessary. Responsibility for all security aspects to include personnel, physical, technical, and classification management, utilizing the requirements set forth in DoD 5205.07 Volumes 1-4, the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), CDs, and other regulatory guidance as applicable.
Basic Qualifications:
1. Current SECRET security clearance with an investigation within 5 years from the investigation closed date or confirmed enrollment within the Continuous Evaluation (CE) program.
2. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance or confirmed enrollment within the Continuous Evaluation (CE) program if and when local mission requirements dictate.
3. Must be able to obtain and maintain access to Special Access Programs (SAPs).
4. Must be able to obtain and maintain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) if/when mission requirements dictate.
5. In depth Knowledge of F-35 Program Security and military aviation operations.
6. In depth knowledge of DoD Manual 5205.07 Volumes 1-4, DoD Manual 5200.01 Volumes 1-3, ICD 705 and associated Technical Specifications.
7. Industrial and/or military security experience.
8. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products.
9. Experience with document control and marking SAP information in accordance with DoD guidelines.
10. Works well independently and in group settings.
Desired Skills:
1. Experience in F-35 squadron operations and previous experience as a LM CPSO.
2. Expert interpersonal communication skills; able to successfully interact daily with senior ranking USMC Commissioned Officers and key GOV stakeholders with confidence, poise, and professionalism. Previous experience in military leadership and decision-making
roles would be beneficial.
3. Extensive experience with SAP compliance inspections, including the execution of self-inspections.
4. Ability to meet scheduled deadlines, multi-task and remain organized, and provide a professional example to the customer/key stakeholder.
5. Prior experience working with and implementing Standard Operating Procedures, Security Plans, and Operations.
6. Comfortable making decisions autonomously and successfully operating in a dynamic military flying operations environment.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
