Description:We’re seeking an energetic and experienced change manager to join Lockheed Martin’s Corporate Program Assessment & Evaluation (PA&E) team, where you will spearhead Program Finance and Earned Value Management (EVM) initiatives that drive business success across the corporation. The key responsibilities include:
1. EVM System Oversight: Maintaining the Lockheed Martin Earned Value Management System Description (PPMP-01) and related Command Media.
2. Compliance and Collaboration: Driving EVMS compliance across the enterprise through collaboration with various stakeholders.
3. Risk Mitigation:
• Evaluating and reporting on external EVMS Corrective Action Requests (CARs) and identifying risk mitigation actions.
• Proactively identifying potential risks early in the process, analyzing their potential impact, and developing strategies to mitigate or prevent them, ensuring that issues are addressed before they become major concerns.
4. Process Improvement: Monitoring performance trends and implementing process improvements to drive successful program execution.
5. Leadership and Engagement: Providing leadership to the Corporate Program Finance Council, engaging with 1LMX on PPM tools and processes, and supporting the development of related training.
6. Industry and Government Engagement: Engaging with industry and government through the NDIA Integrated Program Management Division.

Basic Qualifications:
• Earned Value Management System & EIA-748 subject matter expert
• Experience working on programs with DFARS EVMS requirements
• Experience working with Defense Contract Management Agency
• Knowledge of different life cycles of a program (production, development, sustainment)
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Proficient communication, analytical, and presentation skills
Desired Skills:
• Strong knowledge of PPMP-01 and related command media
• Experience with DCMA EVMS Compliance Metrics (DECMs)
• Experience with PPM 101 or equivalent training
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze data and convert to actionable/digestible information
• Excellent collaboration skills, ability to work independently, as well as part of a cross-domain team
• Demonstrated ability to use critical thinking to solve complex problems
• Ability to effectively lead teams through change and foster cross-functional collaboration
• Drive stakeholder engagement and support including executive stakeholders

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $151,200 - $262,085. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $131,500 - $231,840. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
