Description:• Lockheed Martin is seeking an experienced Contractor Program Security Officer with well-rounded experience in collateral security at its facility in Arlington, Virginia.
• Manage security requirements for multiple complex fast-moving programs. The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of security to include, personnel, physical, technical, policy guidance research, security requirements related to contract management, and classification management utilizing the requirements set forth in:
• 32 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 117 (National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM));
• DoD 5205.07 (DOD Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manual); and
• Intelligence Community Directive (ICD)-705.
• Responsible for high level program leadership briefings, presentations, classified meeting support, program management support, security education, and other security duties as they arise.
• Applies business-minded and risk-managed solutions to security issues and business challenges, and communicates observations and recommendations to leadership and enterprise business partners.
• Effective communication with internal and external customers, stakeholders, and executive leadership.
Basic Qualifications:
• Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Special Access Program (SAP) and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) accesses;
• Knowledge of and experience implementing requirements and standards contained in:
o 32 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 117 (National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM));
o DoD 5205.07 (DOD Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manual); and
o Intelligence Community Directive (ICD)-705.
• Experience servings as a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) or Alternate CPSO administering security requirements for Special Access Program Facilities (SAPFs).
• Candidate must be a self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• The ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive, and risk-managed security recommendations, based on limited and or conflicting information, is also essential, as is the ability to thrive and build relationships both within the corporation and externally with government customers and industry partners.
• Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills.
o Must be an adaptable team player capable of excellent written and oral communication with teammates and customers at all levels;
• Must be capable of exhibiting a high level of professionalism and decorum in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Master’s degree.
Desired Skills:
- Experience administering security requirements for Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF);
- Experience administering security requirements for Special Access Program Facilities (SAPF);
- Experience with JADE, SIMS, DISS, and Special Access Programs (SAP) security compliance.
- Experience administering communications security (COMSEC) requirements in either a primary or alternate capacity;
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
