The candidate for this role will report to the RMS Advanced Concepts Director and operate across RMS and the OneLM team leading execution of key actions in support of high visibility strategies, campaigns and initiatives. For example, cross-cutting focuses such as rapid action response teams, scalable C2 of UxV systems, maritime-space integration, and the launch of Wayfinder. This role will support an agile team of teams coordinating cross-functional teams to address emergent mission needs and partner to ensure disciplined coordination across strategy development, campaign execution plans, and resourcing.
This role will be responsible for the following areas:
• Partner with Advanced Concepts leaders to support processes associated with identifying strategic opportunities and executing rapid responsive solutions that leverage disruptive advancements
• Coordinate IPT for the Wayfinder, a new collaborative concepts and capability delivery environment for responsiveness to Indo-Pacific oriented programs, located in Honolulu, HI
• Support RMS Advanced Concepts VP with planning and coordination of specific support needed in the operations of the organization, provide the Vice President with relevant and timely status updates, and interface with other VP TAs
• Participate as a member of the staff in strategic planning, business operations and problem resolution discussions
• Coordinate timely preparation of staff work across executive coordination groups
• Support interfacing across IRAD, CRAD, partnerships, and ventures
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience in at least one technical area, project engineering and/or program management support experience
• Familiarity with advanced technologies and disruptive innovation
• Ability to excel with changing demands, ambiguity, and rapid response conditions
• Experience working across organizational boundaries and interact with executives
• Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team environment
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
Desired Skills:
• Familiarity with the current customer mission environment, strategies, and CONOPS
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge and experience with Combatant Commands, DARPA, IARPA, Service S&T, OSD, Intelligence Community, and/or Service customers, advanced programs, industry partners and competitors
• Familiarity with the Joint, Long-Range Fires, and Counter-C5ISRT Architecture, Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS), Project Overmatch, Replicator, and other Cross-Service initiatives
• Ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP clearances
• Experience with small businesses, non-traditional businesses, and SBIR
• Experience evaluating early-stage companies and partnering with venture capital
• Experience crafting, creating/building, and delivering presentations to executive management and customers

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $109,200 - $192,510. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
