Job Responsibilities
Description:The successful candidate for this position will lead the Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) Transformation Integration and Architecture team. The role will operate at the intersection of project management, business relationship management, enterprise architecture, solutions architecture, and process engineering to ensure the build, deployment, and adoption of One Lockheed Martin Transformation (1LMX) capabilities aligns to and enables the MFC business strategy and long-range plan. The candidate will report to the MFC Digital Transformation Officer (DTO) within the MFC Transformation organization.
This position will lead a team of 7-10 direct reports, with some of those direct reports also managing their own teams. The organization responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Transformation cross-portfolio project planning, execution, & oversight; including ownership and refinement of the MFC Transformation operating model
Transformation requirements management and traceability
MFC Enterprise Architecture modeling and governance
Transformation capability solution architecture
Process architecture and engineering
Alignment between enterprise and MFC Transformation capabilities and priorities, in support of 1LMX Release 1 and Model Based Enterprise (MBE)
Maintains strong partnership and collaboration with the MFC Transformation Chief Architect
Maintains strong partnership and collaboration with the 1LMX Systems Engineering Integration & Test (SEIT) team, and other Business Area Transformation SEIT teams
Basic Qualifications:
Experience engaging with business leaders to gather requirements and lead teams to develop and implement IT / business system solutions to enable those requirements
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strategic roadmaps for major initiatives in alignment with broader Enterprise Strategies, and manage technical execution plans to meet those goals
Proficiency with application, data, and/or business process architecture and engineering related to Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sustainment across MFC and 1LMX (e.g. Concept to Product, Plan to Stock, Issue to Complete, and Design to Sustain value streams)
Experience harmonizing systems, processes, and/or data across multiple business areas and functions
Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with senior level leaders and internal stakeholders
THIS POSITION CAN WORK FROM ANY LOCKHEED MARTIN LOCATION OR CAN BE FULL TIME TELECOMMUTER
Desired Skills:
Experience as a first line or second line manager
Working knowledge of the 1LMX program
Familiarity with 1LMX Functional Enterprise Reference Architecture, inclusive of Level 3 Business Processes, Products, Portfolios and capabilities
Demonstrated behaviors of a systems thinker; selects and applies appropriate systems thinking skills to solve very complex problems and implement constructive change
Experience with implementation of transformational capabilities such as Digital Threads, Digital Twins, Simulation Based Verification and /or other MBE Disciplines
Experience with systems modeling tools such as Cameo and/or modeling languages such as SysML and/or UML

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $176,200 - $331,900. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $153,200 - $293,600. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
