Lockheed Martin's Archbald facility specializes in design, manufacturing, and engineering for both domestic and international customers. It produces electronic assemblies, machined and welded assemblies/parts, and safety-critical systems for various defense and commercial applications. What You Will Be Doing
• Building of precision Electro Mechanical Assemblies, wiring of assemblies and sub assemblies
(not limited to Cabinets, Bins, Modules and Drawers)
• Assemble, install and terminate complex harness and assemblies
• Perform work while utilizing drawings, schematics, engineering documentation and models
• Manufacture coax cables or other complex nonstandard wire terminations
• Assembler would operate various equipment such as but not limited to Laser wire strippers,
crimpers, pneumatic tools etc.
• Ability to complete complex rework operations to written Engineering direction
• Ability to perform all jobs within work area
• Supports continuous improvement activities and participates in problem solving activities
• Contribute to a safe working environment by following safety requirements
• Work to ESD Requirements
• Work in a team or solo environment to assemble components and main assemblies
• Diligently follow work instructions to ensure product specs, performance targets and quality
levels are met
• Assist in the training of employees as assigned
• Use hand tools, computers, and other equipment to manufacture the product
• Ability to multi-task, sit or stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent with 1+ years of related electro-mechanical assembly experience
• The ability to interpret electro/mechanical assembly drawings and follow work instructions
• Achieve the defined quality and HPU standards for assigned work
• Experience using a variety of hand tools and measuring devices
• Ability to use detailed measuring equipment, calipers, micrometers, depth gauges etc.
• The ability to work to written work instructions
• Ability to support a flexible work schedule supporting overtime, off-Fridays, weekends, and/or alternate shifts to support product schedules as required
• Ability to become certified in any required skills or processes
• Work independently with minimal input from Manufacturing Engineer, Supervisor, or Group leader
• The ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance after starting position, which requires U.S. citizenship
• Basic computer skills

• Previous experience on cable and harness manufacturing
• Previous certification in industry standards

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
