Description:EVMS SME. The selected individual will lead the MFC EVMS Surveillance & Compliance Organization. The leader will manage all EVM activities for MFC and maintain oversight of and responsibility for all external and internal surveillance activities for the EVMS DFARS programs. This role requires close coordination with many areas including Government agencies, Program Managers, Program Finance Managers, Program Planning Managers, and all other EVM support personnel to ensure successful outcome of internal/external surveillance reviews. Responsibility will include providing overall collaboration with DCMA on surveillance plans and audits as well as tracking of any internal/external review findings. The candidate will work closely with the Director of Cost Management and Estimating and the Director of Enterprise Performance to ensure MFC maintains a compliant EVMS.

This position requires attention to detail and must be able to adapt to changing environment and accomplish a variety of special tasks with minimal guidance. Earned Value Management experience in the Aerospace or Defense industry. Industry recognition as a SME within EVM Industry Standard, EIA 748-C is desired. Prior experience implementing EVM systems including system description, implementation procedures, IBRs, system validation, data analytics, and training desired. This role will be central to establishing and executing an overall LM vision for standardization and capitalizing on best practices while partnering with cross-functional and cross-business area teams to define and implement improved EV surveillance and compliance. In addition to ensuring compliant EVMS implementation, this position will manage a core team of EVMS practitioners

Support will include, but is not limited to:
• Provide enterprise oversight to EVMS Surveillance Reviews with DCMA and Internal Surveillance at various MFC sites
• Support special assignments
• Participate in Corporate Program Finance Council
• Facilitate PPM 101 and other related training
• Lead MFC EVM CCB and EVMS Steering Committee
Basic Qualifications:
• Earned value management subject matter expert
• Experience working on DFARS programs
• Experience working with Defense Contract Management Agency
• EVM process and tool experience
• Demonstrated leadership ability through manager/leadership experience
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Proficient communication, analytical, and presentation skills
• Proven successful team management experience illustrated through related work experience
• Demonstrated financial/analytical experience
• Experience demonstrating senior level ability to research and successfully resolve complex and business critical issues
• Ability to travel as needed
Desired Skills:
• Strong knowledge of PPMP-01 and MFC EVMS command media
• Experience with EVM ANSI guideline compliance in internal, corporate or customer compliance assessment/audit
• Experience with Data Driven Metrics (DDM) and Corrective Action Plan (CAP) root cause analysis and closure efforts
• Experience with MFC Line of Business internal and external customers
• Experience with PPM 101 or equivalent training
• Proven ability to embrace and demonstrate Full Spectrum Leadership (leadership) behaviors
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze data and convert to actionable/digestible information
• Excellent collaboration skills, ability to work independently, as well as part of a cross-domain team
• Demonstrated ability to use critical-thinking to solve complex problems
• Ability to effectively lead teams through change and foster cross-functional collaboration
• Drive stakeholder engagement and support including executive stakeholders

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $127,700 - $244,600 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $146,800 - $276,600. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
